And that's why I think we're not in any more danger of dying out than we were back in 2003. It's like those people in real life who try to predict the Apocalypse.
But yes, I think the main issue is that everyone is undertaking massive projects that take months or years to finish. If we could just take a small break from our personal masterpieces and make a smaller arcade-style game, we'd be back in business in no time.
Its been pretty unlively for some time now, even the forums are far slower than they used to be. I just hope it is a lull and or due to undertaking epic games.
