Prelude to Ashra Deh'ra
"Fear" She looked at me... "Billy" She said, "What does 'Fear' mean?"
I stood up from my desk, looked to the front of the class room. "Fear" I said "To be in apprehension of evil; to be afraid; to feel anxiety on account of some expected evil."
"Well done" said the woman "You may have a seat"
It was foggy. like a dream. only I knew I was awake. The ground was solid, but I did have fear. All things around me, no true sound only the sound a sound makes. Echos...
Her name was Echo, she was just about as tall as me, blue eyes, a pretty face, yet she had no hair. That was the odd part.
Echo walked up to me, almost floating. Her eyes were calm, yet still had power over me. My ground is solid.
"Child" She would say "What do you fear?"
Every time in my dream I would always wake up, before I would die. But this was not a dream, there was no wakeing up.
"Tell me...?" She would say.
Even if I ran it was to no good,in all directions was infinity.
"Do you fear me...?" She would say.
When I could not wake, run, or be calm I would just sit.
"..." She would say nothing, only standing.
I would sit until death found me, or I found it.
"Child?" She would say.
"Yes?" I would answer.
"Why dont you go home?"
"I dont have a home..."
