Is there anyway to make a program (using TGF or MMF) use the microphone?
This would be really cool for online games, so you can talk to each other
Are there any possible ways to do this?

I don't think so, the only way I could think of, is to some how record from the microphone and create a wav, and every few seconds send the wav to the other person, then have him load it up and play it. It would be really slow, but I dont even know how you would record it in the game.

Yes I don't know how, that was a good idea though, I think that would work, its just you need a way to record it in the game
Is there not some sort of extension that helps the program read the info from the mic?

Only few games have voice com build in.
I think it would be to go too far with voice build into a click game. Ok, do it if you want to, but its easier to use a real voice com program like Ventrilo and maybe better.
If you knew, I would have to kill you...

What, so instead of using the keyboard you could just control a game by bellowing "Move out of the way of that big missile, you prat" at it? Innovative, but difficult.

Just use Roger Wilco, its a program designed for Microphone use in games. Dont waste your time doing somthing, when you could just as easily use somthing already out there. Plus you can have more then 2 people talking.

Use a .dll by using the .dll object. There might also be an active x for it.

Roger wilco doesent need to be intergrated with anything. Its stand alone, you just connect to an IP hosting a channel. So you would host a channel called, TGF Online Games Channel.
