I was just interested in the results that some of you would produce with this quiz I made in TGF. Please be sure to answer it correctly, and give reply with the code it gives you, as well as your age.
First number: your mental age
Second number: how long it took you to do the test
Third number: number of hot dinners you've had (so that people can use the phrase "...more times than you've had hot dinners" accurately)
Aside from any and fire cheating, the results are satisfactory.
If you did the quiz more than once before posting the results, then you are not eligible to be rated.
The last number is the only number that you should be worried about.
0-250 : UNQUESTIONABLE GENIUS
250-450 : HIGH GENIUS
450-650 : GENIUS
650-850 : HIGH ABOVE AVERAGE
850-1550 : ABOVE AVERAGE
1550-1950 : AVERAGE
1950-2450 : BELOW AVERAGE
2850-3050 : FAR BELOW AVERAGE
3050 on : OFF RECORD BELOW AVERAGE
If you are over 3050, then chances are you live in a country where english is either a second language, or said differently.
I predict that Andy is around average to below average, as the younger you are, the worse you will do, and I doubt andy can really answer 20 logic based questions in seven seconds. The score fire posted is actually quite bad. I was expecting a few people to cheat, but not be so stupid about it.
Please note that this test is not always right, and many things can affect how you do.
It is suggested that you only focus on the quiz, and nothing else, and you will do better.
Thank you.
Life is a rave. You enjoy it while its here, but forget it when its gone.
Great job Wong Chung Bang, I do believe you I am not sure if that chart is very accurate as to how smart you are, but you are definately high above average. Thanks for trying

I took the test and got 11-323-2907. Real age is 17. However, your little program is obviously flawed. Being the curious guy that I am, I checked the unencrypted stuff you put in IQuiz.dat (after I did the test, of course).
What I found out is that the questions 3, 7, 9, 12, 17, and 20 didn't show up on the questions I did. This proves that your coding is either a bit shabby, my computer is too fast, or I (accidentally) double-clicked quite a bit .
And I do have complaints about the following questions:
Question 5 "Seven chickens and two cats have a total of twenty two legs." The supposedly correct answer is 'True'.
However, you failed to specify whether or not the chickens and cats all were normal. It could be possible that the legs of the chickens may have been eaten up by some hungry animal or whether a cat was mutated or cross-bred and had 7 legs or so. Second, you didn't mention whether the total of the legs were to be counted individually or in a group. If you said, "A group of three people have a total of $200", it could mean either mean that the money pooled together would add up to $200 and it could also mean that each person would individually have $200 in their respective wallets if they added up all the little dollar bills and coins.
Question 10 "If Tuesday is the second day of the month, then the very next Sunday is not the sixth day of the month." The answer is supposedly "False".
Take a look at September 2003. The second day of the month is Tuesday and the sixth day of the month is Saturday. Thus, the very next Sunday is not the sixth day of the month.
Question 18 "If six people in a group all say hello to each other, then the word hello is spoken a total of 36 times."
Try doing a diagram of two groups of six people. Label each person and make sure that everyone in the first group is also existent in the second group. Make a line to represent them saying hello to each other. You should have 36 lines.
Now get rid of each line where the person they are talking to has the same name as them. This should represent the fact that they didn't say hello to themselves! Your words were "...say hello to each other..." You didn't say if there were two groups or say that it counts if they were saying hello to themselves. And you didn't say how many times they said hello to each other. If three people said hello to each other twice, you would have been right, but you didn't mention that part either.
Thus, I appeal to you to correct your little program or at least officially declare that I have the highest score .
Disclaimer: Any sarcasm in my posts will not be mentioned as that would ruin the purpose. It is assumed that the reader is intelligent enough to tell the difference between what is sarcasm and what is not.
The program was not meant to be taken a part, obviously. Why should I encrypt the questions and answers? If you want to cheat, that is your problem. I may have made some mistakes, sorry, but I was busy.
I will not declare you the best, but I will declare that the survey is over and it proves nothing.

But, personally... I've always hated IQ tests and quizes. I don't believe that any part of a person could be explained by just a number. Humans are not built upon digits, we have built ourselves over emotion and social value. There are many types of intellgence. I could say that I'm surely not an academic type thinker. But I've highly imaginative and the world will accept it, and if it doesn't I'll force acceptance. We should live for ourselves, not just numbers on a piece of paper (marks and grades).
Ha ha! I got a something-something-50 on clicking just on a!
11-210-1890, age 14. Muz is right, it does skip some answers sometimes. Also, you might want to change the question with "a kilobyte is more often smaller than a megabyte", because you could say it's false because a kilobyte is ALWAYS smaller than a megabyte.
joshtek: yep, no one likes iq tests. Its like taking a picture of ur intelligence. They show u a number that says if ur smart or not, and all u'll think is that u can't change it, cuz u always wish to be smarter than u are... But u shouldn't be afraid to test urself joshtek, in fact u did pretty good on that test, I don't think it was luck, although I bet u drink coffee, don't u? Even if iq test are inacurate, they do actual testing of ur inteligence, and give u an idea of where ur standing.
13-273-1911 was my first try.
13-27-189 was my second try
*cough cough*
(13x27+27)/2 = 189
(13x273+273)/2 = 1911
Using time as a method to base intelligence completely destroys the point of the IQ test. Some people think slow, but that doesn't mean they aren't geniuses. Sometimes it's the slow thinkers that can think through complex problems and come up with solutions that are the geniuses.
P.S. My comp must be really fast since I only had 14 questions.
Who started thinking that this is an IQ test? It isnt, but some of the questions are standard IQ test questions that I took part in last week. Speed of though has EVERYTHING to do with how smart you are. Think about it... Pretend a man who is a genius could easily do an advanced sin & cos mathmatical function in his head quickly, then there is someone average who needs to use a calculator, which makes it slower, yet they still both know the basic principals... What makes the genius a genius, and what makes the average person average? Exactly
Kramy: that formula works because you keep getting 13 answers right. It is (TIME*WRONG ANSWERS) folks, you could have asked ;D
Life is a rave. You enjoy it while its here, but forget it when its gone.
*cough cough* I didn't say geniuses can't think fast, just that lots think slow, and that's why no one thinks they're geniuses.
I know someone who I would classify "highly above average"(no, not me ). He took a university level test on a topic he was interested in(can't remember what, didn't interest me). Out of the questions he completed in time he got 95%(oh, and he didn't look anything up) Unfortunetly, he missed about 8 questions, which really lowered his score, resulting in a supposed IQ of only 165..
He likes to think things through before blurting them out of his head(unlike me) and enjoys all that philosophical stuff.
While time does reflect intelligence in "processing time" for questions, it should be noted that some people are just inherent slow thinkers.
P.S. This post took me 3 seconds to think up, and 2 minutes to type.
Erk...my score was disappointing. However, my IQ is still 128. I hope. I just took my time and considered the answers rather than just randomly click buttons
You guys are taking an intelligence test on the Daily Klick!!!1. Oh the irony.
Oh, the irony.
Sejj, this isn't really effective, people who miss more questions but just click on a get a lot higher score than anyone else.
I'm a very, very slow thinker. Seriously, I think slower than I can verbally talk which kinda makes me stutter and give a lotta blank stares and all. It doesn't show up over the net coz well, I type fast.
But most people I know in real life consider me a genius. Maybe it's because all us slow thinkers tend to calculate most of the stuff we see and run complex little plans in our heads about how people would react to what we do/say. I'd probably be in some major university by now if I actually used my brains on science instead of worthless hobbies like kliking, gaming, or sleeping .
I favor real IQ tests coz so far, there's never been one that's given me less than a 130. To my knowledge, most REAL IQ tests are timed, and the timed tests usually give me ultra-high scores over 150 .
P/S: This post took me about half a minute to think up, not including the time I spent pressing backspace and rewriting it all over again. Typing it all took 8 minutes. I probably pressed backspace over 30 times, 4 times in this paragraph... no, 5.

Oh, and that's not to say I didn't enjoy the test. Nothing gives me more enjoyment than proving people who make tests wrong . Make another one. And make sure it doesn't skip questions. Do like a 0.2 second compulsory pause between questions. And make it much less time-based or at least a bit lighter on the time thing. And show how many questions they got right. And maybe make a few more answers other than the true-false thing.
You seem to have a capable engine to do tons of questions, judging by the INI file. If you decide not to make another quiz, maybe I'll make one myself. And chances are, mine would need a calculator and maybe a dictionary or such . Hmm.. sounds fun, maybe I'll make one whether or not you do. Only thing stopping me is my sudden addiction on turn-based multiplayer games and all these exams I'm going through...

You're fucking retarded Muz.
IQ tests would be hindered by having to use tools aside from your brain. And you didn't get 150 in a proper one. Einstien was somewhere around 160
Radix says:
It's regrettable that TDC is the arsehole of the click scene, but somewhere has to be.
IQ tests only measure a few things. They don't measure every single aspect of your brain. Things like creativity are ignored. The IQ test only really relates to your verbal reasoning, maths skills, and (I think) logic. Thus, you could be a really good musician or artist with a low IQ. It's more or less irrelevant to certain things.
Most people (locally) would probably consider the average klikker very smart or a genius, mainly because we're usually good at math and/or other subjects.
Hamish- there have been people who've scored over 190 on several different IQ tests. There's this one twelve year old kid that's done that and is in med school at the University of Chicago.
I guess it all depends where you excel. If your "thing" is logic, and an IQ test is based on logic, chances are you'll get a VERY high IQ.
Someone like me though, that has less "logical" reasons for doing things would probably score lower. The funny thing though is that I can explain the reasons behind things I do in a logical fashion, and almost everything I do has a logical reason.
Yes, it may be true that Einstien had an IQ of about 160 or so, but remember that (real) IQ tests also look at the speed at which people answer questions and look at your language skills. Einstien may have excelled in maths, logics, and physics, but what about the rest?
And yes, it IS true that IQ tests are irrelevant for the most part. Plenty of people I know with very high IQ's do pretty poorly academically coz they just... shrug most of the world off as too easy and don't work as hard as the academically smarter guys . I believe that some psychologists are working on something to test that whole multiple-intelligence thing, though.
Seeing how Sejj probably ran away from this post, I just might work on that little test. And regardless of what Hamish says, I still wanna make something that uses a calculator. If only I wasn't so damn lazy... I'd have already made one by now.
