Right first of all, I don't care what any of you say, but let me just say this:
All those stupid Newbies who continually bash good games (like Fishhead 3) are the biggest fools there are in this community, you have no right to upset the good people here who spend months on end to create good games for you all to enjoy, I've just has poor Hayo (creator of the Fishhead series) tell me that he is fed up with all the flaming and insults being thrown at him left right and centre, and he now wishes that he never created any of the games at all, well I think that its terribly sad, and it just proves what a bunch of assholes we have here at this community,
Now i've said my bit I'd like to warn all the major flamers here at this community to bugger off and not try to turn this into a flame war as it would just make me even more pissed off than I am now!

to be frank, i've never seen anyone *bashing* the fishead games. i've seen negative comments, but they were all well founded criticisms and not mindless bashing.
show me some posts/comments that bash fishead, because i've had a look on its download page and i cant seem to find anything. and with a 92% thumbs up ratio i wouldnt say its generally hated.
and finally, the sad truth is that what fishead experiences inevitably comes with success. and that's life; there's nout you can do about it. he should stomach the idiotic insults, ignore the flamers and get on with it. thats what i'd do.
but its true I got some realy stupid comments on my game, by that DJ turner guy (how whatever he calls himself) for example, and Tkotivto or something. but I dont care about being bashed in general, you can all flame away on fishhead 2, fishhead R or any other fucked up fishhead game, but I cant stand people who say negative things about fishhead 3.
I said to Jon I should never have uploaded that game to dtc, cuz I made it for charlotte, not for the world. the only reason I cant stand bad critisism is cuz I made it for her..you know?

Yes, when it happens it's dispicable, and I highly enjoy arguing with those who do mock games for the hell of it even when they themselves could never hope to do better.
However, I think your anger at the attack on FH3 is clouding your judgement a tiny bit; remember, I look for such occasions to mock the nieve mockers, and to be honest I hardly see it at all these days. Even veterans mocking newbies is almost unheard of now. It's just not a very common problem on DC anymore.
Naturally they do pop up now and then, but not often. I can understand your anger, the pathetic pondlife that are newbies-who-mock-veterans make me sick. However it's not really the stuff for a big forum post because it's just not that big a problem in DC anymore.
Appealing for it to stop will just cause those who do it to try harder, because they realise it hits where it hurts. Your post is simply making them glad, and I highly recommend you delete it. The only way - in my opinion - to curb flaming by newbies is to simply highlight their own inadequacies.
The 'push other people down' technique (which is ultimately what unreasonable flaming is all about) is based on a simple principle: When a human male gets the feeling that they have conquored a situation, then they get a small testosterone boost (which is why people feel on a 'high' when they win something, apparently. Confidence goes up, etc, and it increases the more you win). The 'feel good factor' is achieved by the flamer when they believe that their messages have caused you injury. It's like they've 'won' a fight.
The best way to curb it is to prevent them getting the high. Losing acts in the reverse of winning, and will make the person's T-levels go down (which is why we hate losing). You can turn it on its head with just one or two witty remarks aimed at putting the other person down. The insults combined with the sense of losing make the person feel worse than they did when they started. They will then try and attack back to restore their self esteem, but with yet another crushing reply, their levels will stoop further. Follow the pattern that way, and eventually you'll reduce them to a crying, cursing, gibbering mess. Once they're simply hurling swearwords at you because they know you can outwit them with reason, you call an Admin in to ban them for abusing the DC-Mail system.
i saw this post and i knew from the start b4 looking at it i knew it be you Smegsoft. You have hated me since i cerated Spiderhead AND i dont blame you. But you seem to take this too much.
1. i was one of the people u are mentioning in your post but over the 190 mails you said i have sent (around 100, not 190, but still to high) Fishhead has not said to me (sorry about this admins) Spiderhead? will you FUCK off. i have worked bloody hard at my games an u have ruined all my work. i dont want to se you again. No he hasn't. I know Fishhead isn't a type of guy to do that but he could off told me to stop Spiderhad anytime, HE wanted me to finish it. But i didn't stop Spiderhead because of the complaints. i hate too many bugs off doing Spiderhead 50% different from Fishhead (i mean 50% different like doing a different live system to fishheads).
Spiderhead is gone now and has ended for ages. Chronowarrior which has nothink to with fishhead has ended as well (too many good damn bugs) but i hope my new game does better than those two.
Smegsoft i know you are just blaiming me, JUST me. Why not lizzardhead? i think lizzardhead is an x-member now (maybe, im not sure) but although he didn't bring out a game, im one of the people who saw an screenshot.

But Fishhead knew Lizzardhead person in real life so Fishhead could stop him anytime without using the TDC. But im all the way in England so thats out of the way.
Im sorry Fishhead but you should off told me from the start to not make this game and cause this. I gave out plenty of warnings to Fishhead about this.
as i was saying my new game is like Chronowarior meaning nothing to do with Fishhead.
P.S: Smegsoft, do you blame everything i do which does or doesn't include Fishhead?

i DONT love everything to do with fishhead. its just a good game which i like, but not love. The comic was for my game of Spiderhead.
i knew u post it, its the title. i am have no offense on that but im just saying that its the type of title you would put.
