I guess every kid from the eighties is one, thats why i am. The Real Ghostbusters was on the telly all the time and i remember getting the films and the toys.
It was good compared to the rubbish the kids have today...(glares at pokecrud or whatever its called and its spinoffs)
Go to http://www.ghostbusters.net (currently archived, no nothing to do with onions) you can watch ALL the Real Ghostbusters cartoons from the eighties. I don't know whether the registering thing is still on though. They should let you see 1 though..
Click on the rgb icon on the right, then episodes.
Ive got Ghostbusters on my Master System . (utter coolness i used to think )
Used to watch the cartoon religiously when I was a little nipper. I've always been, and still am, a fan of the films. Plus Bill Murray is genius anyway.
Yeah, I remember having the marshmallow man, and my friend had the ghostbuster car! It was sooooo cool. I remember wanting that one so much. I also had som action figures with the ray guns including rays made of transparrent platsic. I also had some monsters.
Its hard to be religious when certain people are never incinerated by bolts of lightning.
My favourites probably Ray but Egons funny too. Ramis and Akroyd writ the script, so really its their genious but i heard murray kept ditching the script and added his own parts
I had all the toys, and have downloaded about 10 episodes off of Kazaa. 106 The boogie man cometh is probably my favorite. On a completely unrelated note the "ghost hunters" will be making an appearence (know I spelled that wrong) in my new game Ectoplasmic Bob.
I had a marshmellow man figurine thingy. As well as all three of the Ghostbusters themselves.
I also had some kind of wierd ghost that launched mini ghosts, but I lost all of the mini ghosts when I launched them all in random directions whilst playing with it in the super market, and I could never find them...DAMMIT!!!

Heh... I love Ghostbusters. It's the TV equivalent to X-Com. That cartoon series Extreme Ghostbusters was pretty damn good. I've watched almost every episode of that and I've seen the first two movies (were there more?)
I wanted to make a game similar to it, but never had the graphical capability. Besides, fan games aren't my style unless they're about me destroying the world or something . I believe there's one on the Sega Genesis but I haven't really gotten around to trying it.

Show me the power child,
I'd like to say,
That I'm down on my knees today,
Gives me the butterflies,
Gives me away,
'Til I'm up on my feet again,
I'm feeling outshined.

I wish I looked like Egon... I mean REALLY looked like him...
LOL! Buster, you've inspired me to dust off my old C64 and play Ghostbusters again...

I love the Ghostbusters!
I was actually born in 1990 though.

An old account of mine, recently cleared out. It's a blast to the past, the age was marked as 14 when I found it. If you know where to look, you can track me. Au revoir.
Fargin' Youngster... you're probably totally unaware of wonders such as Blue Oyster Cult and Johnny Dangerously...
