Does upgrading tgf to tgfpro give me 1. No active object limit. 2. Freedom to sell my creations with no logo or payments to anyone else?

Thanks for your expertise.

1) No
2) It removes the Splash screen from the application of a game. So I guees it does.

Instead of getting TGF pro, you should get MMF. It has limitless active objects or near enough anyway. You can also sell your games even with MMF standard (although you do have to have the 'fueled by fusion' logo.)

i agree. MMF is definetly worth it, espescially if you want more actives.

MMF might be worth it, but i think the interface is too complicated compared to TGF.

TGF Pro is being discontinued, MMF 1.5 is the TGF upgrade. Try it for a week.

I suggest MMF 1.5 over TGF pro. If for nothing else, then for the fact that TGF is discontinued, you dont want to be spending money on old technology... Not exactly a sound investment.

It doesnt get rid of the object limit (that's a limitation of TGF, MMF has an object limit of 10,000 which is more objects than I think it's possible for anyone to create in their right mind [compared to TGF's 256 object limit]).

It does let you sell your creations, though.

MMF also allows you to sell your creations without having to buy the PRO version, but you need to include the "Fueled By Fusion" logo somewhere in your creation (i.e. an About screen for an application or a Credits screen for a game, are good choices).

Also be sure to enquire about an upgrade version of MMF which should save you a couple of bucks.

damn i just bought TGF pro, o well i dont need lots of active objects, and if i do ill make each level a new game and link them up by telling tgf to open an external program.note: i have not tested this theory
also im not willing to pay $300 or any ammount over $100 over the net.

I'm not sure im willing to buy something that costs $99 that doesn't seem to give me many more features than i alreay have (except of course the active object limit thing). Please correct me if i'm wrong.

MMF is the way to go. I used to think that just sticking to TGF was good enough, but when you have had MMF for a few weeks, it starts to sink in; MMF is an exceptional program. It is definitly worth the $99 (£60).

MMF is $99. Didn't you read the article?

You can also get discounts because you have TGF/Pro.

Btw, not many more features? 26 renameable values per object, 10 000 adjustable object limit, 4096 visible event limit, 4095 * 4096 (whatever that is) event limit, many more extensions, easier adjustable interface, advanced picture editor, faster runtime, ability to sell your games (even with standard), revamped action editor, loads more shortcuts, fewer bugs, constantly updated, no animation limit. I see that enough incentive.

well... unless you are planing on selling games... and you want more objects get mmf; its a lot a money if you dont have much- yes... but look to the other side! Not only will you get that money back over and over if you make a quality game and sell it... but you actually get a lot more with mmf... First of all; an almost bug free inviroment... actually most of the bugs are there; there just hidden until you do that thing then you have a HUGE list of new things that comes with mmf right away... (look to clickteam site for more info on that) and finally mmf has quite a few extensions... as well as more comeing...

but before you decide to buy; try. that is download the demo version of it and decide if you want it or not...
