When I chekced me e-mail on 19 August 2003 there was message (with interface of cjb.net) like that:
"There has been a security problem on the server, unless you confirm us that you are using your cjb.net legally by filling the empty spaces, you won't be able to use your cjb.net account after 2 days you get this message."
and link to the cjb.net. When I clicked the link IE opened a site, that was EXACTLY like cjb.net, but it was hacker site. I can't even check the site's adress from IE's adress bar, because the site opened to hotmails frame. (I checked later the address from the source -http://Pleaserenameyouraccount.sitemynet.com/new_account_cjb_net.htm) I was stupid and I typed my username and password to login-form, what looked exactly real login form. I can see the differece only if I look the source code. And then - the site posted my password and username to http://webmasterim.com/formmail/form.php, what is public form-redirection service. When I next time visited my web page - www.fantasysoft.cjb.net - guess what? Go and look!
What I gonna do?

P.S WARNING! IF YOU ARE USING CJB.NET AND YOU GET A MESSAGE LIKE THAT DON'T USE THE LINK IN THE MESSAGE - GO TO WWW.CJB.NET.
and they call themselves hackers... tricking stupid internet newbies (maybe your not, just don't get offended) to give up their password
you should've known, never ever enter your password if you get the request in a mail, it would have been another thing if it poped up in your face while actually visiting the real cjb.net

(Darl McBride is CEO of The SCO Group)
this place sucks but don't tell anyone, it's our little secret, ok?
also, who would've ever believed in that?!?!? no way the real cjb.net would put up something important with that bad spelling

Pete, who knows he said he could only tell it wasnt the "real thing" from the source code, so it doesnt mean hes stupid, hell many people wouldve been tricked.
That would suck Pyry, maybe you could find out who these guys are and get some revenge.
Actually I already know that I was stupid. Warning! Dont believe that cjb e-mail message!!! Oh, I forgot to say there was a CJB HACKING SERVICE in Hacker portal.
Plase DON'T use it. There was a poll that have you got friends/enemies in DC. I can imagine how people will use that service to their enemies... DONT USE IT!
(English isn't my mother tongue, so i didn't notice the spelling mistakes)
Those "hackers" are stupid. 1 thing is to trick you, but their files are located on a geocities server. Maybe you oughta write to geocities and tell them what they did (right click the images and click "properties")...maybe geocities would shut'em down for good
maybe someone can make a linux bot that automaticly downloads it
Beware of life ...so far noone have survived it.......

I have contacted to geocities, but I haven't got answer. Hmm that bot would be a good idea, but if they have paid account that has larger transfer limit...
Thats weird- i use geocities but have not had that email - i wonder how they target their victims? I have no idea how to ge tyour site back tho - without telling geocites about it i ges
I Sent a threat, saying i would like your websites Pyry to be restored or i will have to take action e.t.c
anyway ive made a program that downloads there logo (on the Geocities site), and it will keep on looping and looping. its downloaded it 143 times (1.30mb) so far.
but if i keep doing this what will happen to there site will it say its exceeded its bandwith or something? or wont people be able to visit it?.
Once it hits 10mb people can't visit it for an hour, but FTP is okay
I made a downloader which does this for cracks, it takes about 5 minutes to stop access for an hour.

Wow, thank you. I have planned to make PHP file that downloads stuff from their site, but hey, could you send me those programs please? I want to see them. Thanks for support!
What the hell kind of nerd has no life what so ever that he gets some kind of sexual pleasure by hacking into someone elses computer? I mean I'd understand if they were like spies or something hacking into a govenrmental computer, but still, what kind of looser hacks into some random persons computer, just to piss someone off? If you want to piss me off, do something in front of me you damn cowards!!! (Just so you know, I've been hacked like 3 times already, but it wasn't any gullible actions, like this thread is about). If you like to hack into peoples computers and I meet you, how about I kick your ass! You won't like that now will you? SO STOP IT WITH THE HACKING, dork.
Well, getting hacked is almost always user error. If you follow a few simple steps your chances of being hacked are probably about 0.1%.
1. Get a NAT router with a firewall built in.
2. Always virus scan attachments before opening them, even if they are from someone you know (many viruses and trojans will email themselves from other peoples address books).
3. If you want to be really safe then run all suspect .EXE's in Windows 2000's or Windows XP's built in guest account.
4. Oh, and never give out your password from an email.
99 percent chance that the above post is 100 percent correct.
Who's a moron? And who said that I gave out my password? I do believe that I made it clear that I was hacked for some other way I'm not entirely clear on. But the thing that is clear is the deuchebag who did it, and it's also clear that when I see him, he's gonna clearly see the 2x4 in his face. Gosh nerdy kids make me sick.
