I know how to use them but I need help.
I have an mega drive emulator called "gens" and it has a sound recording on it. But I need a snes emulator which has sound recording on it. Does any1 know a snes emultor which has sound recording. and No i dont need a "zsnes" snes emulator.

There is a tool specifically designed to extract sounds from SNES ROM's... I can't remember it's name which isn't very helpful... But try searching for: SNES ROM Sound extraction tool or something along those lines.

reading the readme file that comes with it may show you a way that isnt apparent when just using it. mabye a shortcut that rips sounds.
i know zsnes can rip sound into spc files but by the sounds of it you dont use that one.

The SNES sound ripper I have is called SNESSOR95, but it was discontinued in 98... you can get it (and various other utilities) here: http://www.zophar.net/utilities/snesutil.html

on one of my snes games it has a very cool tune and i must have it. i create my own music later. there is no midi tune for this, checked vgmusic already.

Okay, dunno where the Windows port is, but the DOS version should work fine. (Try checking the website).

most of the games i play i have (or had) like sonic 1 on master system or rocket knight adventures on megadrive. i play them again because some of the games i have i have never completed.
