this is a competition to design the best competition! your competition must be totally generic and have no specefic theme. the competition will be judged at an unspecified time in the future and you can win prizes (i don't know what they are yet). it will most likely lose all interest and no one will enter it, but i don't care as all this is a half-assed forum post and no real commitment to seeing the competition through.
You have to design a universe containing no more than 1.8x10³² atoms and with at least 20 habitable planets (10-40°C surface temp and with atmosphere).
Prize: a time machine
You have 300 million years (starting from 8th October 2003) to build and submit your universe.
