In no order:

-Guns N' Roses
-Black Sabbath
-Led Zeppelin
-Tool
-Metallica
-The Red Hot Chili Peppers
-Bush (Mainly just Sixteen Stone... I don't like any of their other albums much)
-Audioslave
-Rage Against The Machine
-Soundgarden
-Pink Flloyd
-Queens of the Stoneage (That twisted humor is great)
-*A few* of Third Eye Blind's songs, expecially "Jumper"
-AFI. Sing the Sorrow is a flawless album.
-Eminem (Cause he's funny)
-50 Cent (Cause those beats are wicked)

Hey, AntiMatter, have you heard Nile's "Unas, Slayer of the Gods?" I think it's just hilarious how they switch from intro so abruptly. I'm not a big fan, but they're local. I see 'em around every now and then when I go to get my guitar restrung and such. Their guitarist is so insanely awesome.

AsparagusTrevor, I agree. Manson's earlier stuff was better, but I still love his new stuff. Oh, and good to see another metal-head out there!

You already said that, fire, if you're going to post again you should have at least one other band ;P

I like:
Red Hot Chili Peppers
Basement Jaxx
and others, some of which are poppy and everyone will hate me for it. (but not the Westlife kind of poppy, yuk)

Am I the only one not into thumping guitars??? Anyhoo...

-Sheryl Crow (can't get "Picture" with Kid Rock out of my head lately)
-Aimee Mann
-David Gray
-Dido
-Many and varied game and movie soundtracks and composers, like Howard Shore for the LotR trilogy (keenly awaiting the final soundtrack) and Harry Gregson Williams for MGS2: Sons of Liberty

The LOTR soundtrack is wicked. David Gray is OK too, but I'm not sure about Dido. Her music is a little too wishy-washy. Doesn't really make any kind of lasting impact.
