I recommend putting marshmellows in the microwave.
Oh...and CD's...only for a couple of seconds though...makes for an interesting display!

Good things to put in microwaves:
Like Muggus said, CDs are great to watch in a microwave, better than November 5th,
Put a lightbulb in a glass of water and it lights up in the microwave,
If you cut a grape in half but leaving it joined together, then microwave it cut side up. Another firework display.

Another good one is an Empty packet of Crisps...leave it in for about 8 seconts and you have a Key ring sized packet of crisps!!!!!
