Hey guys it's me again. Ummm I was playing da. And I noticed these .It music files, how they're quality is much better than midi, and I believe MMF uses them. Anyway for my question, how do I make them? I have some music making stuff like Acid and Fruityloops 3. And I'm one for [legally purchasing software], and I'll get it =P

The only one I've used is ModTracker, and it seems simple enough to use. You obviously have to have some musical knowledge though. You can only use .IT music files in MMF with the DMC2 object or the MOD-FX object though
ok, What are the sound formats I can use in MMF without extensions? Wav. Midi. anymore?

Nope, Wav and Midi are it! What's wrong with using an extension ?!? IMO DMC2 is the best and Tig's object is pretty good aswell. Also Please don't ask on here how to use any of them, there's plenty of tuts all over this site.
The standard name for all MOD, IT, S3M and XM files (and more) are MOD or Module music. They work in a similar way to MIDI, by playing samples at different frequencies to play notes, but you can use any WAV sample in them rather than just being restricted to MIDI instruments.
The tracker I use is Modplug Tracker - http://www.modplug.com - there's a "Quick Start pack" with a tutorial in there.
But how can I practice without knowing how to do anything except import samples and Fiddle with them, I don't know how to put them on the play list. The Quick Start Kit doesn't work the DL is iffy
