no one likes wrestling anyway. It would be hard to make a game which accuratly captures the fake acting done in the real sport

Yeah, I've made I think 4 wrestling games. I've just never uploaded them. I'm not gonna lie, they suck ass and are hard to make because of all of the anims, but they were fun in the day. Do a search on google for "Flop Wrestling" by Mouldy Old Productions. That was kinda fun.
Beach Invasion II will come out if you are lucky.

Its two player only though, and rather odd.

Wrestling sucks...
It would be extremely difficult to make a good wrestling engine anyways.
