Just a quick question, who out there owns/plays the PC game "The Thing" I see it in EB everyday, for 20 bucks, and I don't know if my hard earned cash should go into such an investment. As many now days know, PC games have seemed to hit the crapper, their just rip off RPGS or "Shoot em ups" So is this game any good? And is there any other recommendations on any other game that is similiar?
Thing was the hand from the Addams Family, Cousin It was the big walking hairstyle.
The game The Thing, that's the one based on the John Carpenter film with Kurt Russell, where they're in the Arctic and some alien thing (the Thing) is taking over people and mutating them into all sorts of crazy-gooey-latex fun-monsters.
I playted it at a Radioshack, There are some annoying things, like your gun points straight but the bullets shoots out at the same angle your looking at, but that's in 3rd person, first person isn't so bad. There's my two cents I played it for maybe 3 mins
Call of duty? Sounds familar. The Thing i refer to isnt from tha adam's family but, it looked interesting cause of some 'innovative morale thingy'. Hmm, enemies can only die by fire? So what, they keep coming back from tha dead until you fry them? Sounds a tad gay.
