Ah Solved problem myself :

*day of month (date object)= 24
*month date object)= 12
-Set counter "day" to 24
-Set counter "month" to 12

*Counter "day" is less than <24
*Counter "month" is less than <12
-End the application

yikes!

Bit over complicated..just use

*Retrieve day(Date object) is less than <24
*Retrieve month(Date object) is less than <12
*Retrieve year(date object) is more or equal to => 2003
-End the application

I would suggest using something more advanced, or else your friend can just change his computers clock. If you want to get really elaborate, make it so it gets the time from your website. Unless your friend is a cracker, he probably can't get around that.

99 percent chance that the above post is 100 percent correct.

Kirby you didn't read the fine print. Ashman said -10 points, You answered correctly (i think) so you will be losing 10 points shortly.

Yes, you can use the date/time object for both date and time . It just grabs the time off the computer clock though.

DING DING DING! Kirbys minus 10 points! And Grazzum, your 10 points are saved because I was aiming for the time related reference. Good try though.

For some bizzare reason I can set my computers clock to 1985, Windows XP is future proof for time-travelers!

and dignified geek travelling back to 1985 would surely try their upmost to usurp microsoft before they became a monopoly, not use their software!

But after the first of the year, the game will be locked again.

Have an ini object. When the date is after 24.12(or 12/24) set the item in the ini to (Your number besides 0 here). Then on the event where it ends the game, add the condition if ini item=(your number).

This is also easier with Ini Plus.
