Who would win this debate?

Im almost posative it would be a Mr. Kerry. This is a debate I would like to see.

By the way, for a pretty cool commercial head over to:

http://www.bushin30seconds.com and check out some of the commercials that outline the failures of the Bush Administration.
I saw only one flaw in only one of the commercials(the cartoon commercial).

Who is going to win the election in November, Who will the Democratic Nominee be? What do you think, who do you think should be president, and What are Bush's failures verse what he has done good for this country?

I Think he's a failure.

"we need something that says both "gay" and "republican"..."

"a gay republican president by 2074?"
"we're realistic."

i like that bushin30seconds website. it makes me feel a lot better about the state of britain's government. whenever anyone complains about blair increasing uni fees, at least he hasn't been responsible for the largest defecit in the country's history.

Hey, Tony Blair is a lot smarter than Bush.

Pres. Bush is screwing over seniors, giving the rich a tax cut, and helping out his oil buddies.

Even if you subtracted the War from his list of big mistakes I would still be extremely discusted with his administration. They have done hardly any good for this country. There tax cut is going to wind up screwing me over.

I think Bush's biggest failure is giving illegal immigrants legal status. Also, he has increased the size of the government, which is not good. But atleast he gets an A+ for national defense. Also, there should just be a flat tax (everyone pays the same amount of taxes).

Hey, don't blame Bush for the defecit. Every president in history has been screwing our country with that defecit. Our damn terms need to be longer, we get a good president in, he gets settled, work for 2 years, then has to campaign again. There's not enough time for presidents to do much for the future. Nevermind that they sabotage each other.

Clinton Brought us out of a deficit.

Bush's defense is NOT an A+. All he's done is spun the American public into Fear. Im not afraid, and I never have been.

What it all boils down to, for me is that what we need is defense at home, and not to go out and kill people and accomplish nothing as we have been. Bush underfunds his own homeland security. We need to put up barricades at nuclear powerplants, and more security in airports.

Allowing more mexicans legal status is a great thing, but we are rewarding illegal immagrants. Thats something I don't like. I think we should allow more mexicans into the country though.

BTW I just am going onto cnn.com and two articles show the Bush administrations failure to address the problems that caused the 9/11 disaster and there other failures as well.

Says here:
http://www.cnn.com/2004/US/01/25/airport.security.ap/index.html

Some lady made it past security with a gun and a knife. What the hell kind of security is that? Maybe we should strengthen our defenses and stop worrying about "supposed" WMD's.

Also, know the bush administration is gonna pull a quick one and say well we didn't find any WMD's, but Iraq is safer...and so is the United States. I don't deny that the U.S. is safer because saddam hussien no longer has power there. But, Im not going to let the president lie to me. He said there were WMD's there and that was what he used to make a case to goto war. What the fuck is that eh?

According to a whole bunch of "high up" people in the "60 minutes" show, Bush didn't have nearly enough experience in foreign politics to do something like he did, which is confirmed by the fact that they didn't think about what to do afterwards...

About cutting taxes: That's funny, the head of my country (Denmark) does the same thing, while making educational conditions worse as well (like Blair apparently does).... and the head of my country (Anders Fogh) is a total suck up to Bush which makes Denmark look shitty in other countries' views....
I mean, Anders actually made the frontpage of the newspapers because Bush phoned him once...WHAT THE FUCK DO WE CARE !?! (sorry 'bout that)...

They are trying to strengthen security, but many people don't like it because they have to give out personal information at the airports.

You say Bush lied but there are two problems with that argument: 1. We still may find WMD's or find that Iraq moved the WMD's to another country and 2. Even if we don't find WMD's it does not mean Bush lied, it means the intelligence was not accurate. At least thats what you have to assume unless you can somehow prove he lied.

Irregardless of the war, Bush is still a terrible president MR. Coffee. As I said, you could remove the war from the picture and he would still look bad.

I don't think Saddam ever had any WMD's. Theres is almost no evidence that shows that he did. The top guy just quit in Iraq who was in charge of finding the WMD's because he says there aren't any. Colin Powell says their might not be any weapons.

Theres an election coming up. I hope John Kerry wins. John kerry fought in Vietnam, he later fought against the war stating it was wrong. Pres. Bush dodged the draft, and got into some airfoce dealy scroing the lowest possible grade. He never finished his service with the national gaurd. Instead he says he went to alabama to do something, but he doesn't remember what.

Bush was a C student at Yale(if that). He did drugs half his life, he says he doesn't drink anymore (but I am confident he does). George Bush is removing your rights(Patriot Act), and screwing you over with taxes, the war, and everything else. Why do people still like this asshole?

John Kerry on the other hand has great plans for this country. Repeal the patriot act, raise taxes for the wealthy, end the war, education, medicare, economy. He knows what he's doing too, he's a lot smarter.

Thats all I have to say.

"They are trying to strengthen security, but many people don't like it because they have to give out personal information at the airports."

1. You don't need personal information to find a knife in somebody's pocket
2. I'd have to assume that those people are paranoid or doing things they're not supposed to. If you're completely innocent, what's the problem?

"2. Even if we don't find WMD's it does not mean Bush lied, it means the intelligence was not accurate."

And it's OK to go to war on inaccurate evidence? Besides, I doubt that Bush himself lied knowingly, (anyone with any sense would know that's wrong,) but the 95% of the people gathering 'intelligence' on Iraq's supposed WMD did.

Despite everything we say about Tony Blair, he's a LOT better than Bush. I'd much prefer if he was John Kerry's poodle in a year or two...

PS- I'm extremely conservative (moreso socially though), the elephant comment was not about republicans or democrats. I was just pointing out that it is horribly ugly.

I avoid politics as much as I can because they're too confusing. So it doesn't really matter to me.
