I think Family Guy rocks! It may be offensive, but who cares? Its a cartoon! It was cancelled, but they have a DVD.

i don't think i've ever seen family guy. i know it runs on Sky here but i don't have it.
you americans are always cancelling offensive shows. i remember seeing a very funny atheist production called "God, The Devil and Bob", but that was cancelled in the US because of those crazy christians and only one series was ever made.
i don't particularly have a fave tv show. if it's good, i watch it.

i saw a bit of an episode of family guy and i remember liking it (the one when he says his name seeing things, pe-, ter- then a griffin passes flying. "griffin!")
Jack Bauer is my hero. Law and Order : Criminal Intent isn't bad, Det Goran is just so brilliant yet annoying. He's great. Love any Jerry Bruckheimer shows, such as both CSI's and Without a Trace.
Also the obvious ones, such as Buffy, Angel and Charmed... gotta love the supernatural. Also I liked a show called Miracles which was on for about 3 episodes and got canned... WTF is with that?!? It was great.
Plus, the Simpsons of course... older episodes; the new ones blow. Seinfeld is the definitive sitcom.
Plus a heap of other mainstream crap, when it comes to TV and film I'll watch nearly anything.

Cant stand 'Family Guy'( which this topic could almost be called), it just doesnt tickle my fancy like other adult cartoons or tv in general. There are too many cheap flashbacks for one-liner jokes.
I used to like the Simpsons, and still can be caught chuckling to earlier episodes, however nowadays, as far as cartoons are concerned Id prefer:

Futurama
South Park
But to tell the truth my television passion doesnt not lie in the animated department.

Forgive me if I laugh hysterically, but I am a great member here. I make an offhand comment about that show that wasn't even BAD, and you flip out. I can be plenty nice, I didn't insult you or anything, so basically "GROW A SENSE OF HUMOR!"

My Favourite show would have to be StarHunter, which I'm guessing noone has heard of.
I also like "This is Wonderland", which is the most hillarious law show I ever saw....Canadian Humour at its finest.

The best thing on British TV at the moment is Garth Marengi's Dar Place. It's one of the funniest things I've ever seen, and a perfect spoof of all those lame wierdo horror shows. And 24 is good except for the fact that they'll spend an episode chasing a guy to get a disk, then the next episode chasing another guy who really had the disk, then the disk'll get stolen and they'll be searching for another episode, then it'll turn out to be damaged and they'll spend another episode chasing someone to get a decription key, then that person will get killed and they'll spend the next episode chasing someone whose name the guy mentioned as he died...
Why the hell am I on the computer at 1 in the morning? No, don't answer.
Simpsons still rock. They overdo old jokes and make the lamest satires in the world now, but put that aside and you still have the good old same shows.

Referring to what was said earlier about Bebop. The NEW manga is called Starry Night, which is a different take on the CB story. I've read a good portion of it, and it's quite cool, and it may be turned into an OVA, but not another series.
-24! I can’t hardly wait for season 2 which will be broadcasted here in March. TV got so stupid. If you know TV you’ll know will happen in the next 20 minutes in a movie/show. When I see some thriller I know who the murderer is in the first 5 minutes. It’s all so easy and stupid. 24 is full of surprised and you never know what will happen next.

24 and Family Guy are the best shows ever! And Sponge-bob! Third season of 24 is amazing, the best yet.. Family Guys coming back in a year with and all new show called "American Dad" which sounds great (from the same creator)! i Cant wait!
