Hey guys, I'm getting close to releasing a demo real soon, and in this release, I want to put in a quick thing on splitscreen. I just need it to do 4 things:

Set the player's X Position
" " " Y Position
" " " Direction
When the player attacks

I've set the counters to global in both frames, and caused them to be set in one frame, and alter the character in the other frame depending on the values. Well, they wont set, despite the fact that they're global.

Well another one of my problems is that I tried to use frames from the same application, but they wont even bother to load. What am I missing?

Bartman: I made a splitscreen tutorial which is in the articles section. Do a search and you should be able to find it.

Hmm...I did once use global values to make a different splitscreen thing myself. Thing is, I coded everything in Click and Create, then port to MMF. But I need 4 values, 2 for X and Y, one for direction, and one for the attack. Whats worse, the first 4 are for the different characters the player chooses. I can probably tell it to use it where it picks the character, and for a weapon. (Since everyone has a special attack, it'll be even trickier.

I got another extention called Global Storage X, I hear this can help with my shortage of global values. But is it possible for it to handle multiple values by itself without having to switch from counter to counter?
