It allows clickers who believe that new management is required to speak out in a civilised fashion. If SC deletes this, ONTO PLAN B! If you delete my account there are alot of computers in the school library all with very different IP's... PLAN B RECYCLED!!! So don't ever try it. Let's see how this turns out shall we.

Gives me the butterflies,
Gives me away,
'Til I'm up on my feet again,
I'm feeling outshined.
LOL, yeah, considering I pay for half the hosting costs (that's right, donations dont cover it, I always pay at least half the cost out of my own money) I dont think this petition will do much good. But thanks for trying!

Even if you do pay for half of it shadowcaster is does not give you the right to stop (lock topics) arguments against you, as 50% is by donations (and we do live in a alleged democracy dont we?).
I think you need to change your adminnistration style (perhaps allow people to argue against you rather than saying "Im right Administrative Message: Topic Locked ") but i do have respect for the admins for being bothered to run a site, maybe Shadow should merely maintain ASP as his actions in arguments seem to annoy everyone.
Actually, the internet is not ruled by any government. The administrators of the site choose the government of their site.
I can see this will be in future history books: "..and on March 11, 2004, Ashman signed The Declaration of Banning Shadowcaster....but it didn't really work..."
That is really a rather interesting petition he has there. But out of all the TDC users, how many will really truely care and sign it? Like in Everquest on my server's message board, there's thousands of people who play on that server, but only a select bundle of about 50-100 or so actually post on the server boards, and only about 15 post frequently. I can see the same happening here.

what is this petition going to achieve? even if every member signed it, which isn't likely, are you expecting shadowcaster to just step down and hand the site over to someone else?
"Even if you do pay for half of it shadowcaster is does not give you the right to stop (lock topics) arguments against you, as 50% is by donations (and we do live in a alleged democracy dont we?)."
1) He has every right, it's his site
2) You ought to look up 'donation' in the dictionary. Last time I checked, it was a gift and so gives you no ownership of TDC at all
It really is Shadowcasters site though. Even if *all* the hosting costs were payed by donations it would still be his site. If you help pay to run a charity that does not mean you own any of the charity. It's not like owning stock in a company or something.
99 percent chance that the above post is 100 percent correct.
Technically, SC doesn't even own the site. He just makes people think he owns it. But yeah, he's a nice guy, besides the part about locking topics and all. The only reason people hate him is just coz he's got power and hardly does anything with it . Interpret that any way you like.
