For a while now I havent been able to incorporate sound effects into my games because they make the game crash. And when i was playing astro dude, they same thing happened in that game as well. The only solution was getting rid of all samples, but I need them for my Star Wars game. What can I do to keep the sound effects????

I used to have a problem where when i tried to add a music file to TGF, sometimes it came up with the letter "r" and no music would play. This doesnt happen in MMF which I have now.

What version do you have Buford? we might be able to help you a little...

Are you running under WindowsXP, cos compatibility modes might have to come into play. Compatibility modes can often sort things out a treat.

As far as I know, the only way to get rid of problems like this is to copy everything into a new application or some other way to get rid of the sound effects (remove all the references), then add all the sound effects again. Sample r bug is TGF-only tendjewberrymud.
