I ordered MooAPI back in November and it still hasn't arrived. I have fired several emails off to 3EE with no reply, and its beginning to look like 3EE have taken my money and ran.

Has anyone else had any problems dealing with them, or am I just unlucky. It really is looking like 3EE are con-artists from my experiance.

There's been lots of people who have mentioned this. Let me ask you, though, did they provide an offer to send it through email and by snail mail? If so, did you pick snail mail? I had bought Moo2 back when it was commercial and got it nearly instantanious (possibly also due to the fact that the 3EE folks and I chatted on the AOL KNP boards from time to time a long time ago)

I wouldn't trust them! Most of the websites been defunct for too long!
Any good, dedicated, professional software developers would have their websites fixed and running in no time, or at least have a temporary site... Not just a page with heaps of messy code.

Plus, I really disagree with people 'selling' extensions.

My suggestion is keep bombarding support@3ee.com and if that still doesn't work, take your complaint to Paypal and file a fraud complaint.

And finally, IF you get your extensions, demand money off for the hassle and delay

That's highly useful considering the company went down about a year ago and the site has just been "dead" since then.

By the way...did you speak to anyone before ordering?

Hmm, I'm not sure if Sean still has an AOL account, but if he does you might try emailing Superelfman@aol.com ... At least I think that was his AOL email. You might also try to look up Ryguy and Sean's names at Clickteam's message board and try to PM them about your order. They're bound to pop in and out of there every now and again.

Ryguy's around from time to time but you won't get anything from their support email. I haven't.

I would assume no less if their site is really down and dead. Their custom email addresses are probably disabled with it.

They visit the Clickteam forums often -- you PM them there (dont post on the forums, since there isnt really a forum for that sort of thing on CT and they probably wouldnt see it if you did). I think they're in the process of redoing the website, so it should be back up and running soon (hopefully)

Ryguy recently posted something. You may want to take a shot at the thread or otherwise grab his user name and PM him on the Clickteam boards.

I had a problem with this too. Looks like he looked at the website, said, "screw this!" and left it to rot. My mom won't let me order it unless I get an e-mail response, so it looks like i'm screwed for now.

3ee are now active, check out their site, they have even employed someone to take care of MooAPI orders. So now is a good time to order.

I tried ordering MooAPI a long time ago (roughly 1 year). I sent tons of e-mails, money through PayPal, PMed Ryan at the CT boards, and even went to the extent of calling him at his home in Florida. I withdrew the money when there was no hope. Three months later I gave up.
