The newest version is 11, but I read some reviews, and sadly enough they have bearly BEARLY changed it since 9, (Very minor changes and only >1< new effect). It seems they have fallen out of the competetivenes race against photo-shop products, as powerfull as corel is. They have probly updated it as much as 2 little builds would be, which they make out to be complete new versions and charge everybody some serious cash again. But again, corel photo-paint is very powerfull if used right. I might set up a logo gallery of all the work I have done for people over the years, sombody might find it interesting lol.
