I really dislike the mmf interface, tgf is simple yet effective for alot of things same time, only disadvantage is the extension shortage ok, but i only need moogame, the rest is piece of cake
no - get mmf, and get mooclick for free thats it
moogame for TGF AND MMF both come together on the CD you BUY from 3ee.
i have it myself, and can say that there have been flaws with MOOGAME. most notably the dead reckoning.
it is easier to use than mooclick tho, and would have to come up with your own "dead reckoning" methods.
theres horses for courses...
and if you think MMF sucks, and you have gone to TGF, because its easier to use, then dont even think about Moo then. IT will be obviously way above you - if you cant even handle 2 near-identical programs with different layouts!
on the last note, i would wait for 3ee to get going again, or get on the ever growing waiting list after ordering it. some are still waiting.
id like to add if you attempt to make this game and TRY to add moo into it later - you're not going to get anywhere at all.
you MUST start with MOO from the beginning. otherwise you'll be totally rewriting the whole thing from scratch when you do try to put moo in.
TGF was all quick and everything, but MMF has a lot more stuff, like MooClick/Game/Whatever, MUCH better gradients (if you bother using them), the text isn't taken from the computer of the player, but is saved into the game instead, and a WHOLE lot more insertable object types. MMF was annoying at first, but its easy to adjust too after a while. You can't have both the Moo thing and TGF without a price. It's a matter of acceptance and patience (>-,-)>
Games currently in "the works":
Moonrise
My Fantasy (dieing dream)
Shadowed Sunset (this one will be cool)
Dragon Riders (Newer, better animated, cooler, and less gradient version!)
