ANywyas, got the platform objevt working, cept when I press the right arrow to move my guy, he goes a whole 2 centimeters. He likes barely moves at all. SLo, is there a way to make him keep walking if the button is held down? What, do I replace
"Upon pressing Joystick: Right"- Move Right
with
"Repeat while (Right Arrow) key is pressed- Move Right

I dont use MMF, or the Pform extension, but perhaps rightclick the extension in the frame editor, click setup/settings, or whatever it is. And perhaps the values for movement speed are in there, just a suggestion.

Sorry I didn't give you anything else. I had to go when I was posting that. What you want to do is double click on the platform movement object, and change things like "max x speed" and "x acceleration". Then he should move faster.
Ok, I'm sorry. It's just that when you offer up the correct code yourself, I have to assume you've tried it.(or how would you know it?) After all, it only takes about 3-10 seconds to set up that event, and without having tried it how would you know about it?
Edit: Oh, and you've been around on the forums longer than I have, so I automatically assumed you knew more then me.
Naw naw, np man. Yea, I jus caught that andy. I fooled with it, and It worksd good now. But He gets stuck on platforms that are half his size. Guess I'm gonna use the default movemnt, no crazy platforming for me! Too confusing! Thanks for all yalls help. Peace!
