I don't know about you, but I'm sick of seeing crappy web pages in this day and age. Making stylish and accessible web pages is easy, and you don't need that piece of crap "dreamweaver" or other web building..things.. You need CSS!..and a prior/basic knowledge of HTML, which should only take about 5 minutes to learn

If enough people at these forums want to learn CSS, I'll post up a small tutorial, if not...well then..i wont.
And of course http://www.w3schools.com/ is a place every webmaster should go to. Tutorials for just about every web based language imaginable there!

don't speak ill of dreamweaver! for a start it does pretty much all the basic CSS stuff for you, and if that's not enough it supports CSS with syntax highlighting.
