It looks like one of those things where you draw a little body in a certain pose, and then paste a photo of someone's head onto it, which is usually a lot bigger than the body. Nice try, but this one just falls flat. Better luck next time.

Thanks, Jonny. Yeah the replies are kind of stupid and I don’t get them.
Snerlin of Neonair gave a nice critic but I totally have to agree. She’s so not fat
@Buster (HES): Sorry but I also have to disagree here. It’s not like I am totally in love with my art but the shape of her head is female-and I often have problems with this shape but this time I was able to draw it correct (in some way LOL). Female faces are rounded-Male faces are not-they are like a box. This face is kind of rounded
The proportions need some work. She comes across like a super-deformed console-style snes era RPG character. If that is what you were going for, then great. If not, her head and neck are far too large for her body. The pony tail seems to defy gravity a bit and her chin/jaw area juts out to our left too far. Her cheek (to our left) looks like it is sliding down her face. Look at where her other cheek is and compare each cheek's position. Some varied line thickness would help the style of the piece a lot. Think comic book art.
Chin too big, neck too thick, left side of chest too straight/solid, left biceps too big, waist too wide. And that adam's apple... what girl has those? The teeth should be a bit more angled if you don't want it to look like a guy.
Nice background though.
