It is that and nothing else. I did not make this cartoon based on one event ... it has happened lots of times ... maybe just more lately which triggered me to do the cartoon just now. It should not (and is not intended to) offend anyone. edit Oh and to NL. No you cannot have my hat. I can tell you though that mine is bought in Berlin. However I am sure they are sold in most of the civilised world. The hat is mine and mine alone. You can buy stocks in it however. Edited by the Author. If you knew, I would have to kill you...
