Yeah, 3gb was pretty huge back then. I have a 4gb from 1998 on my other PC that's pretty much ready to spin its platters off and cut one of my legs in half.

Not everything in here sounds ... legal ... hmmm ...
I think some of the biggest would be 790Mb or so which was Steam with full cache.
If you knew, I would have to kill you...
