Just changed my ISP, but their personal web page feature only supports FTP uploading. What's a good, reliable, and (legally) free FTP program?

aceftp is a nice program,
i use the pro version which, yes, costs money,
some where in the site, you'll find the freeware version

WS FTP. It's free for private use, easy to find, and very popular.

that's your answer to everything! i like Smart FTP for standalone uploading, read my article on FTP stuff. if you're building a whole site, Dreamweaver or Frontpage should have a nice wizard to do it all for you.

you could just use the internet explorer you use for ftp. just type ftp:// followed by the domain that it tells you to connect to. It might not be as nice as some of the programs out there, but you don't need to download anything!

However, in the time it takes to actually do anything with it, you could've made your own
