Does anyone know where I can find a .pcx or .gif of the MMF palette, with the entries already in the right order? I've tried getting a screenshot of the colours then used PSP to make a palette, but the entries are all over the place.

No, I don't. I have the same problem too though. When I tried to make a pallette, the entries went wonky everywhere. :/ Short of manually correcting their order.....no idea.
