Now rather then creating a completly new download, I figured sence people often visit the board that I would just simply add it to the board. I finished a Lite version of PPIO which serprisingly is only... Brace yourself...
3.51MB!! Being 83% SMALLER then the main game itself.
Now I will say that it isnt near the quality of the actual game, colors were removed, the 3D intro was taken off & MP3s where replaced by Midis, but the game itself (gameplay & all) was not touched! So enjoy Dailup users.

BTW, for those just seeing this post, if you have a high speed internet connection, use it, the Lite isnt nearly as high quality as the main game, so for those with high speed connections, insted of just getting the Lite, take advantige of ur speed & get the Quality download!

This is a great idea, releasing a lite version. I wish more people would do it - even though I now have a very fast connection, games above 10MB used to be out of the question for me. Replacing MP3's with MIDI's can REALLY shrink the size of a game, like you've done here. Still high quality - but I will agree that the main game is much better.
If wishes were fishes then we'd all smell like ladies' underwear.

If only more people noticed there was a Lite version, its chances on the GOTW might have gone up a little.
