It may be good to arrange weekly developer chat sessions so people can get together and chat about up and comming productions, ideas, crew interviews and possible new team recruitments. As I see the IRC chat at the moment it's kind of useless. Maybe it should be advertised more or made more obvious to people.
As this site is popular with the click gaming community it may be helpful to liase with other click gaming sites to get more people into the chat room.
Not a bad idea, although I can't get onto IRC through my uni proxy so you'd all have to go without my brilliance. I suppose I could HTTP-tunnel but it would probably be too slow even for text-only chat.
