Why did windows media player rename all of my songs on my rammstein CD after Korn songs?? I have never had a Korn CD or MP3 on my computer ever! Now I hate those bastards more!

i think WMP might have confused your cd for another. There's an online database of CDs that WMP gets its info from, and it appears it didn't get the right info.. Maybe the cd has the same length as a korn album ?
Maybe Windows Media Player is still bitter about the war?
Anyway, I always use Winamp, and that seems to recognise Rammstein as Rammstein, and everyone else as they're supposed to be.
To be honist, Windows Media Player does have a feature that goes in & attempts to name your songs that it thinks doesnt have names. So if it confused your songs for songs on anther CD, it would rename them. I've had it happen before, its not a virus, its just a Windows Media Player flaw. Do you have WMP 10 Series? I'm pretty sure they fixed the flaw when they went from 9 to 10.
10 is still in beta, I believe. I was testing it a few months ago and it had quite a few bugs.
There's an option in Tools -> Options to stop it auto-updating CDs. However if you use the "Find Album Info" button and set the CD information that way it shouldnt change the details back (it remains on what you set it to).

I don't, but I have a feeling it's safer not to go to it.
I had a similar problem a while ago, WMP thinks that the Age of Kings CD is a half-hour version of "Video Killed the Radio Star" - which would probably be enough to kill anyone.
