The pictures I used did not have a copyright notice associated with them.
You can still submit fangames, but as I have said before, only use your own sprites and you should include a message stating that it's a fangame and isnt associated with whatever, etc. That isnt for my benefit, but companies can get psycho sometimes at game-makers, for example "Bid For Power".

An actual good idea is to send an e-mail if you get banned, with a reason explaining why, so people can't complain about getting banned for nothing. Because at the moment, a few people are.
