Guess thats one market I'll have to rule out. Maybe if I cut the level where you help george washington & winston churchill sucker punch mao zedong they'd let it fly.
How bizarre. I feel bad for them, having to survive without "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure", "The Final Countdown", etc.
I don't really see how time-travel is any worse than just making stuff up on the grounds of "artistic license" - eg. "U-571" famously has the Americans cracking the Enigma code in WW2, when we all know it was the Brits.
btw: Is your game actually going to have levels set throughout history (incl. the future)?
That seems like a pretty good plan, considering the overall theme and gameplay mechanics.
I had considered it, and shot it down. Right now, it takes place in a fictional world with some themes and allusions woven into it to make 'time travel' both obvious and jarring. But none of it is on earth Comment edited by Pixelthief on 4/14/2011
