An arena downloader/uploader for Friendly-Strike 3.
Easy to use.
The downloader part, when you choose a map from the list, gives you a preview of the map before you download it. When you download an arena, it will install it on his own.
The uploader part, using FTP, upload the arena and the preview to the server, and update the list.

- FTP Upload is now stable, and now supports bmp, png, jpg, tga and gif for the preview.
I have two things to do now :
- Correct something on Downloads.
- Translate to english.
And it's done !
