I started WAR in 5/28/08. However, the progress was dropped and left to die. I picked it up again and I kept the sprites from the old version, updated the artwork, added a logo... movie thing and changed the animations. As my biggest project ever(aside from my other lame projects that were never finished), WAR has cheats, sweet Bow and Arrows, Arcane Spells & Special attacks, Wicked Swords, Blood Curdling Axes, and the more. With 28 characters(one hidden) each with their own special abilities... Who wouldn't want to play WAR anyway?

OK, the only reason I'm bringing this project up again is because a Dead topic was brought up some time ago called "WAR artwork...". Some we're wondering how it'd turn out, well here's a clue to the question.
This is most likely the LAST update on WAR.
Why I stopped??? Let me tell you, WHY I stopped.
1. When you're programming the way I am, it couldn't get any closer to misery.
2. MB sizes of doom.
3. I don't tend to stick with a project for long before I realize I'm already skipping stones.
4. I have WAY better things to do than work on a game that kills my brain. say your prayers cause WAR would only come back with a miracle.
What do I have in mind for WAR? Alot, to be honest.
What I have in mind is...
Each character has a 3 hit ground combo (melee), 1 aerial attack, and at least 1 or more specials.
You can see what your opponent will do next. A bar feature will allow you to see your opponent's next move. It comes in REAL handy when your opponent is out of your sights .
When your opponent is behind you, pressing the attack button will make your character attack backwards.
