Project Overview  
It's strange, I wouldn't call myself a real fan of puzzle games (except Super Puzzle Fighter type games), yet for some reason yesterday I just came up with one and coded it. Now, this ain't Tetris, (which I find boring) it's all about blowing up colored blocks, and getting huge point combos.

At the start of the level, you are given a certain amount of bombs. You also have a quota of how many blocks you must destroy to pass on to the next level. Clicking on a colored block sets down a bomb with a two second delay; when the bomb blows up, it sends colored flames (the same color as the block the bomb was on) in four directions, these flames take out any block of the same color, while passing through the ones that have no color or a different color. The flames can also, however, set off any bombs that are already on the field, regardless of the color. This is how you make combos. If your combo is big enough, you get an extra bomb to place.

All in all, it's pretty easy to get the concept of the game down, but difficult to master. You have to plan out your moves, this is a bit difficult as you must also contend with a time limit.
Status -
Well the engine is done, the gameplay works just fine, and now I'm just adding some polish/special effects/title screen. I'll call the game 90% complete, with it being fully completed and released this week.
