Have you ever wanted to aid humanity in its transcendance to a higher plane? Have you ever wanted to throw a hatchet into someone's face? Either way, check it:
-A veritable plethora of combat moves, including punching, throwing (of enemies), duck-and-roll, brain-exploding, and others
-Blood. Gore. Beheadings. Brains exploding. Bodies being sublimated into gas. Souls being stripped from their bodies. Bodies that have not been sublimated into gas will probably end up sliced in half vertically.
-A bunch of weapons, some stranger than others: standard plasma gun, mobile bug zapper (blue lightning), neutron degeneracy pressure elimanator, sniper rifle, metacircles, homunculan blade, a little bit mo'
-Metacircles can be customized; made of three separate inscriptions, this weapon's intensity, spread, and orientation can by varied and many different combinations can be made.
-Submersing gameplay (think HL, only in-game cutscenes)
-As you accept permanent powerups, choose what you want to update: weapons, metacircles, or the blade
-Enemies that evolve based on what they devour in the environment, for example, different types of ammo yield different types of transformation
-A guy with a ram's head. And a jetpack.
-Raging semi-believable physics.
-Full use of lighting, which helps set the mood...baby.
This is still in infancy, probably even fetal-stage, and while the engine has been worked on a great deal, the environment is relatively undeveloped.
Hopefully the first episode will be out by the end of winter break!

And PS, I know that's the music from Donnie Darko, it helps me get in the right mindset when designing the backgrounds. It won't be in the final version.

They disappeared, it seems.
Working on the environments, but currently sidetracked by a project I have for school. It's a game for young students that teaches them the values of the ancient Greek World. It's bloody.

I have a question-- from the video you can see that the Ram has a jetpack, which has rechargable fuel, but doesn't last terribly long and doesn't have a huge thrust. Should I make a double jump too, or would this be overkill? The jetpack's fun to use, so I wouldn't scrap it, but double jumps are the best. Maybe you should be without the jetpack for the first part of the game, relying on the double jump alone? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
