Mayhem 2 Rise of the Bunnies is one of those pointless shoot em ups when the idea of the game is to kill as many Mutant Bunnies as you can. Thats it. Nothing else. Nothing more. At first I thought it was one of those games that try to be a pointless shoot em up, they do such a great game that it is pointless. To my surprise Mayhem 2 was quite good. The title is done in a very cartoon style and gives a hint on what the game is about with a decapitated bunny head. You have a choice of going in time attack in which you have money at the top and it decreases every second, or going melee where you have a health bar and unlimited time, really all you have to do is stay alive for a along time, whilst blowing bunnie's heads off. I went with Melee. Gameplay is very addictive with music that you can blow things up to, pumping into your system, your guns blaring away bunnies as they come in the hundreds. After you kill a bunny money appears in their spot. You require money to buy more ammo from depots which are found throughout the level. It's fun sometimes when you climb up a ladder and firing off rounds at bunnies which are on the platform because you have the ability to fire either way when climbing. The graphics aren't done to badly either with blood pouring out from all sides especially if you have an Uzi. Although it could have been a bit more prettier for after all it's one of those very graphical games when graphics mean the differance between great and good. All in all Mayhem 2 is a good game for releiving stress if you've had a hard day at work or whatever. Although you cant play it all the time, it is ok in small quatities. It was dissapointing that you didn't have a storyline other wise it would've been great.
