Prior to other individuals comments, which I must respect this is a fun game, however with one major drawback: the password system is a blowout. Maybe there are visable passwords but they only appear every 20 levels, I dont know, because due to the system not working I havent bothered to play that far. From what I have played I can see a solid Frogger clone that tries to add a touch of originality by having the player control a squirrel in place of a frog. I wonder why he didnt call it squirreler! ( no need for appluase ). Not only does it change the main animal character it also introduces some new eliments, which add a greater depth to the game, and watching a squirrel get run over by a lawn mower is always fun. ok lets get into the titles I am required to cover: Presentation: I rated the presentation quite low, it wasnt terrible cos I quite liked the little speech bubbles that popped up, but the opening menu was at its most basic, infact worse than basic....it was a gradient! Gameplay: The gameplay was as perfect as a Frogger clone get ,which isnt very hard to achieve, however I have seen one Frogger game that had it completely wrong, so I rated this quite high. Graphics: I like the graphics alot in this game, they were simple but effective, the grass wasnt too repepitive and the lawn mowers in particular looked cool. Watching the squirrel get killed and then watching little gibets of flesh pop out everytime another enemy hits him is also quite amusing. Sounds and Music: Music and sound are good, if a bit repetitive, like most of Skinny's games. They get the job done whilst aslo providing a bit of humour (the squelching noises in particular) Lastability: Ahh, here we come to the big dilhemma, on one side we have the sheer ammount of fairly addictive levels whilst on the other side we have the fact that we have to start from the very beginning everytime we wanna play cos the darntootin password system isnt up to scratch! I would also like commend the level design which was funner than many other Frogger, or High Way Frog as some people call it. Ultimately this otherwise flawless game is let down by the initial presentation (which matters little when the game is fun) and the fact that the password system just isnt substantial. Keep the games coming Skinny! I like to watch your games improve.
