Nice little game, but I couldn't manage to drag the pacmen into the spikes...they'd get pulled right over without falling in. Even if I stopped the ray, they just sat there for a second, then teleported back above me...

First of all, thanks to all who played the game
This is the first game that I finished, so every comment is really apprecciated.

@ Guru :
When you hit an alien with the paralyzing Ray, he is attired towards you.
When the ray stops, he sat there for a second and then he falls down.
If he has not fallen over the spikes, he just teleport himself above you.
If he has fallen over the spikes, he takes 10 damages and then he teleport himself.
That's mean that you have to repeat the process more than one time to kill them.
Level 5 is probabily the most difficoult level of the game, so don't give up and keep trying

Bonus :
Beat Alpha's record in Charlie the Doughnut and the Alien Menace and you win a funny Doughnut Wallpaper

I loved the old-school art style...and the gameplay was very interesting. Can't wait to see more from you...particularly old-school styles.

If you don't mind me asking, what program did you use for the sprites? Many say Paintshop Pro 5 is the best one, but I bought Photoshop CS3, and I'm new to all this MMF 2 business (just got it), so any suggestions/tips are appreciated.

@ Shroomlock & Zezard :
I'm sorry you can't play the hi-score version.
Here you can download the full game without score submission system :

@ Marko2 :
Ehehe... give it another try.
You can do it!

@ aadster :
Thank you very much!
I'm happy you enjoyed the game.
This is a game i made for the v-cade competition.
The graphic was given by the admins but they leave us the option to merge/resize/rotate those pieces.
For example, I merged 6 pallets to create the face of the dog that you see in the last 2 screenshot.
His tongue it's just another red pallet that has been resized to be oval

@ all :
I ask all who play the game to kindly rate it (even if you want rate it very low) 'cause I like to know if the daily click users like my game
Thank you in advance!

Haha, the crazy plot and gameplay were very much in my liking For certain lacks in the graphics, simple gameplay engine plus that the the difficulty felt a bit random, it will loose two of my stars though.

It was fun, but has some bizarre glitches that ended my run. That file host is also the worst ever.

I made a game about a doughnut once.
Maybe they are twins?

I didn't really like this at all. I played to the point where you destroy the UFO and decided I'd had enough.

Each alien has too many hit points. You're always aiming at a rediculously small target and you have to constantly click the mouse button, which is annoying. The super weapons were a nice touch but they took way too long to charge and only added a small element to an otherwise very basic game. It's nice to see you made original graphics and music (bonus points there) but the actual game design itself, in my opinion, was uninspiring and it was pretty boring to play.

There were times where the levels had some nice variation (like the car that pushes you into the spikes if you stayed in front of it) but otherwise I found it was the same move-clicky-clicky formula that I grew tired of quickly. Finally, some of the movement patterns (in particular the teleporting alien) and the far too short 'vulnerable' states of the enemies meant that there was too much luck involved with getting a shot in. It isn't the difficulty that made me dislike this game though, it is the far too repetative gameplay. The Vitalize version may have added some extra elements (such as online score) but for some reason it was incredibly slow for me and I had to play it through the download instead.

You've had some good comments, so you're on the right track. This just isn't the game for me. Still, can't please everybody, eh?

It's always a pleasure when someone can listen to your criticisms and not take them as an attack on their skill.

I like the game, but it could be improved. Didn't like how long it takes for the super weapon to charge.

Only got to second level though, and accidentally clicked on a link, and lost my place in the game
so i got mad and quit.

Realised there is an .exe download .. so I'll play again later. I think it deserves 3 stars.

@MBK :
Most Superweapons are created to be used as a "coup de grace".
When you say that the weapon takes too long to charge, I'm sure you're talking of the Shield Breaker (level 2 against the car).
Well, that weapon doesn't have a real charging time... it will be ready when the alien has 5 HP.
So you can break its shield and give it the final shot

Thanks for your rating
