Stay on the move and defeat the enemies as quickly as possible or they will easily overwhelm you!

WASD to move
Mouse to aim and hold left click or spacebar to shoot
Shift to activate your triple shot

Make sure to take a look at the help screen for more info.

Wow, my second game, I'm pretty proud of it and I feel like it's a decent step up from my last one. Hope you like it!

I worked on this for so long, now that it's finished I feel so aimless...
Time to start another one I guess!

For your second game, this is really good! The gameplay is fun, graphics look great(the critters that shoot I very much like), and music fits very well! I'm excited to see what else you make in the future.

Nice graphics you made them?
Posted by Dannimáx 26th January, 2024

@LordHannu Yes! I made all the visuals except for that red galaxy that you can see in the distance in some levels, other than that, all me.

Good game! The graphics reminds me a lot to old Scottgames

@LucchettiFan He's a pretty big inspiration for me

I had fun playing this. There is definitely tactics and patterns to learn, which is nice.

In addition to the nice graphics, there are a lot of little things that I appreciate like flashing to indicate that you can't collide, being able to hold click for repeat fire, and so on.

I'd say the smallest thing that would make the biggest difference is that a lot of key information is on the corner of the screen and a bit hard to see (for some reason the text doesn't fit fully in the screen for me - maybe you are using a font I don't have or something). Anyway, it might work better for information such as time left and maybe health to somehow be displayed in a circle around the player, like for the timer a white circle gradually grows gets created and when it is a fully circle you win.

@Joshtek The fact that you have to stop looking at the gameplay to look over at your stats never crossed my mind.
Also, I guess I should make all my string objects into backdrops or actives just to avoid that problem.

Thank you for the feedback! Glad you had fun with it
