I am a teacher and am attempting to make a program that drills assorted facts into the brains 0f 1st to 5th graders I would like to have say a platform game that they can use the points they earn by memorizing facts to buy a car they can drive around in or a plane they can fly around in it doesnt need to be very complicated just something that will make homework a bit more interesting I would like to have access to the code so I can modify it to suit my needs
Perhaps it is possible that english is not his first language? So what do you want exactly? A plane, a car, what? Also, is this going to be sold, or is it a freeware product? Do you have a Screenshot of your program so far so we can judge if you are telling the truth? Thanks.
I will "try" to help you perhaps.
EDIT: If you have MMF 1.5 there are the bonus packs which contain the platform movement extension. This extension will help you greatly when creating a platform movement .
Wow and nuklear strikes back by seriously offending Peblo! - ..or maybe not
Anyway teacher dude - why can't you make it? If you don't have MMF or TGF, goto clickteam.com and purchase it - I am sure you'll learn. If this is just for your kiddies just use the default platform engine (I'm sure they won't mind) or if you want to be the best teacher ever - make your own engine.
What you want is relatively easy to do - but us folks at the daily click are lazy buggers, so no way will you get anybody here to do it for you
You could just use the built-in platform movement, rip a few graphics, and make something yourself..
