Given a CTY Editor for Age of Empires I'm working on (but who cares after all), and I've got a problem. There is an active object grid (active and not backdrop because it can be turned off but nothing special), where you place your objects - buildings that is.

A problem is that a wall object is 11x11 in size - a brown square that fits nicely into the grid background - and placing walls is only possible by click-move mouse-click-move mouse-click-move mouse etc. 1 block of wall for one click. How can I make it so that: User clicks for startpoint, user moves mouse for endpoint, clicks, line of wall is placed - but only 1 block per grid place, like in a level editor.

You would have to somehow use the Repeat condition to move an invisible wall-placer 11 pixels right then place a wall, as many times as needed.

An ancient example, from days gone by. Made with TGF.
