The problem is phrasing it right. I do want my game to be distributed without permission, on websites and such. I usually add a note saying nobody should've paid for it, but the problem is trying to stop it from getting on compilation CDs without discouraging magazines.
Hmm... you're right. Worked out any good wordings yet?
However, if you say not to reproduce without author's permission and give a contact address, wouldn't a magazine contact you anyway if they wanted it on a cover CD?
