can anyone draw me a few graffitis that i could put into my game as a background. I need big and small... but please keep in mind that my game is 520x340... so plz keep them to size.
Ill be glad to put u in the credits of my game if i use them.
There's no such thing as 'graffitis'. 'Graffiti' is already a plural. The singular form is 'graffito.' But if you say 'graffitos' now I'm going to come over there and bite off your nadgers.
Additionally, graffiti is only graffiti if it's performed on someone else's property without permission. So anything on a computer is just going to be graffiti-style art, not actual graffiti. Unless you break into your school's PC lab to use Photoshop.
Alright, Digital Dreams. Let's put you and all your fellow dipshits in a big soft meadow somewhere where you can all act as retarded as you like without bothering anyone. Frolic, fucktards! Be free!
And Radix, I believe you should change your nickname to something like:

"Why does not 1 ounce of these posts have anything to do with even one little graffiti?"
That's graffito there. Watch it.
Well, I don't do graffiti, but you could try the spray can in MSPaint and then give it some effects to make it look more real... like a bit of blur and stuff...
now now radix, looks like i had a point there, you were wrong so all you could do is call me a fucktard, which sounds bent coming from an 18 year old- i used that when i had just started secondary school.
" radix strikes again, hes like fucking lightning"
And of course, Chicken is one of Radix's disciples, gladly tearing of the andrex when requested. Why do people have to be picky. Radix you knew what he meant but instead you try to get clever and lecture him on his grammar, piss off to an english grammar forum if you wanna do that.
Kevin, have you tried going on google image search n typing in graffiti, you could use an actual picture. If you dont wana use the actual picture just use the cutout effect on paintshop (if you have it of course) and that will make it look more cartoony.
my names digital dreams, I didnt start the arguement, i was mearly stating that Radix new what kevin meant, and if you were being an admin circy, you wouldnt take sides.

Not to mention this post shouldn't be in Digital Works.
I'm not taking sides. Radix showed a bit of humour, you were just plain rude to him afterwards, aka "who gives a flying shit you knew what he meant".
On the subject itself, can't you download some graffiti fonts from the net (www.1001fonts.com) and use Photoshop effects?

Radix. Just so you know.
From Oxford English Dictionary, 2001, footnote for Graffiti:
"In Italian the word graffiti is a plural noun and its singular form is graffito. In modern English, graffiti is used as a plural in some specialist fields such as archaeology but in normal general use it is treated as if it were a mass noun (with a singular verb), similiar to a word like 'writing'. This use is now widely accepted as the standard."
Pete: I'm aware of that. But as you can see, OED doesn't claim that it's gramatically correct, only that it's becomming an accepted usage.
The reason it's becoming accepted is because great crowds of morons what can't speak good go around being proud of their ignorance. Take Digital Dreams for example, the poster boy for the happy idiot movement. He thinks that the only criterion for which something is acceptable is whether or not you can understand it. I can perfectly understand the thrust of what small children are saying when they garble things like "libary" or "Eblows" or "Spagegi," but that doesn't mean it's not my right, nay, my DUTY as an educated man to kick them in the face.

Unless they have no face. Mutated kids are popping up all over these days, like Digital Dreams.

I'm going to have to side with digital dreams here on the basis that everyone knew what kevin was saying. Then again Radix did not use profanity in his first post, and the word "graffitis" makes me cringe.
Fuck it, lets ride our bikes and listen to Queen.
Steve Zissou: Anne-Marie, do all the interns get Glocks?
a) im older that you
b) you have long hair like a little girl. get it cut. Also you have the mutated face.
c) Why the fuck are you still on this site, your such a shit stirrer, and the majority of your posts are just you TRYING to be funny, not helpful.
"I'm going to have to side with digital dreams here on the basis that everyone knew what kevin was saying."
I have to say I agree.
Digital: Don't take stuff so seriously. Radix always makes nitpicking points like that. I had a teacher who did the same, spending hours going on about how the singular of criteria is criterion... despite the fact we were in a German lesson, and that had no bearing whatsoever on the subject! He wasn't even using it alegorically.
Everyone has their place on a forum. Circy is the weird admin who (according to legend) is in fact an A.I. created by Microsoft to infect us all. Radix is the one who picks out annoyingly minute details and throws countless threads off topic. I'm the one who complains about Radix' out-picking of annoyingly minute details. And Pete Natress is the one who looks like a Poodle.
Everyone has their place in the Great Circle of Strife that is the Daily Click
sure it said phizzy earlier, if it didnt then my apologies. I dont throw random insults out at all. Its funny phizzy, a couple of months ago you had ago at me for editing my posts as if i had something to hide.
circy, the same can be said for many people, including youself, a couple of months ago you emailed me "bollocking" me for something which had already been resolved.
Im gonna let it drop at this.
btw is it okay to express our feelings thru the use of mail? ie if i was pissed off with someone could i email them telling them to shut the hell up?
"circy, the same can be said for many people, including youself, a couple of months ago you emailed me "bollocking" me for something which had already been resolved"
Whats that got to do with this, exactly? And, since you're still eager to continue this in public, I never sent DCmails in "bollocking" form. I sent them in "polite request to end the war of words between yourself and Phizzy", unknown to me that the issue had been resolved privately. And, to show I'm not biased, I sent the same mail to Phizzy too.
If you want to express your feelings through DCMail, that's fine. But if you're excessively abusive, we WILL know about it.
I think he was referring to me, double-D. Unless he wasn't... which will make me look like an arrogant prick. Which I am. But honestly I think Bjork is pretty cool.
