I agree. It's the L that gives the C a hard sound, so unless it's sir-klee or we're speaking latin sir-see sounds better.

yeah but that's if you knew it was based off of circle soft, I however was completely oblivious to the fact of circle soft's existance and thought it was either based on:
Chris Street
or
Circus
So I think a mis-pronunciation is acceptable
