Uhm, that's not what a 'website builder' is for. I think you mean webspace.
www.sitesled.com is a very good one. If you do need an HTML Editor, I'd use HTML-Kit. Or if you want to make stupid WYSIWYG websites you should try Nvu.

What's "stupid" about WYSIWYG editors, though? Granted, they allow people of severely absent ability to make websites, but aren't they useful as at least a starting point?

yay for notepad! It's a lot easier to use than some people may think, you just need some knowledge of making websites though

I think people who resent WYSIWYG are just the ones who bothered learning HTML before realising all they had to do was point and click. I can write HTML and CSS by hand but you won't be able to pry me away from Dreamweaver - it's just more effecient to draw it than code it by hand.

I use Dreamweaver, but anyone who doesnt have Dreamweaver but does have Word, might find some luck with FrontPage.
